About the Author
Mike McDonnell is a 28-year-old entrepreneur, mental health advocate, and the founder of Glide Marketing, based in Chelmsford, Essex. After surviving a psychotic episode in 2019 and being diagnosed with bipolar disorder, Mike rebuilt his life and business while speaking openly about his experiences.
